These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our hosting services, including server environments, domains and email services. By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
We provide shared hosting, virtual private servers (VPS), dedicated servers, domain registration and email hosting services. The scope and specifics of these services are detailed in your service agreement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials and any parts of the system to which you are given access. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breaches.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:
We strictly prohibit any form of security audits, vulnerability scans, penetration testing or any other security-related activities on our shared servers. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of automated scanning tools, manual testing techniques or any activities designed to test the security, performance or integrity of the server infrastructure.
No exceptions will be granted for such activities. Any attempt to conduct such activities will result in immediate suspension or termination of your account. Furthermore, you may be held liable for any damages or disruptions caused by unauthorized scanning activities, including potential legal actions and financial penalties to cover the costs of remediation and any affected clients.
For VPS and dedicated servers, you must obtain written approval from us before conducting any security audits or scans. Unauthorized scans are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
Upon receiving approval for VPS or dedicated servers, you must notify us in advance of any scheduled security audits or scans. This coordination helps us manage resources and mitigate potential risks.
Approved security audits and scans must be limited to your own domain and web applications. The use of aggressive scanning tools is restricted. You must adhere to any limitations specified in the approval.
You are liable for any damages or disruptions caused by unauthorized or improper security audits or scans. This includes any impact on other clients hosted on the same server.
All security audits and scans must comply with relevant laws and regulations. You are responsible for ensuring that your activities do not violate any legal standards.
Our SLA outlines the performance standards that we offer. Violations of these Terms, including unauthorized security scans, may result in penalties or loss of service guarantees as outlined in the SLA.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Termination may occur without prior notice in cases of severe breaches, including unauthorized security activities.
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including unauthorized security activities.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes. Continued use of our services after modifications indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
